Our Why
For more than 100 years, our family has called ‘Woodstock’ home. This year, we’ve been fortunate enough to become stewards of this incredible patch of land.
Pure Pastoral was founded to showcase the profound difference between a typical, mass produced supermarket product and that of a premium operation focusing on genetics, animal welfare and land health.
Pure Pastoral is run alongside Alina Poll Herefords, our registered stud. Together they represent our deep commitment to traditional agriculture, the Hereford breed and the craft of raising truly exceptional beef.

Our Cattle
We manage our herds using holistic and regenerative practices that support both the health of the animals and the resilience of the landscape.
Our cattle are entirely paddock raised and finished, never set foot in a feedlot and are free from antibiotics and artificial hormones.
It’s our pleasure to present to you beef with genetic input from premium stud lines such as Wirruna, Tobruk and Oldfields.
